My wife and I have been customers here for over a decade. Usually been pretty happy. Their new policy of 48 hour notice or incur a 15-30 percent fee based on whether they deem your reason for rescheduling to be appropriate, seems a lil much They don’t work with medicaid patients. They charge the same as all other dentists. (Thats because dentists in communities price fix so we all get taken advantage of). It's nice to have a dentist you trust when you don't have any issues. It's even more important to have a dentist you have a history with and trust when you do have an issue. Thank you!
My family went here for years. Honestly, this used to be a great place but new hygienists and the overall lack of empathy from the doctor and hygienists have made it just terrible. If you are anxious about the dentist or have ANY tooth sensitivity DO NOT GO HERE.
Our family has been going to Dr. Mike for many years.... We love the whole family can get excellent care in one location.
