The company does not value there workers my husband has not been paid on time for the past 3 weeks, the owner finds it funny that the workers are without no pay and doesn’t find a solution to get them paid on time. This had been happening for the past 3 months. This company paints a picture saying that there the best and at the end of the day they make the workers work overtime with nothing to come home with. I do Not recommend this place to anyone, it’s a joke. How is some working all week, hard labor and has no money.
This company does not value its employees. The pay date explained to me at hire was every Friday, to date me and my co-worker have not been paid on Fridays. on several occasion I've wake up and there is not direct deposit in my account. When I call the company they say we are not getting paid until Monday, then Monday comes and goes with out payment for the hours and work I've put in. Lawson came out to the Silverstone Neighborhood in Frederick over a year ago last year. Without notifying any of the residents (which they admitted they had forgotten to do on the phone) they chose to dig up sidewalks and peoples finished lawn and landscaping. They jackhammered my front lawn about 2 feet up into the lawn. When I called them they made it seem like this wasnt a big deal, and I was promised "we will have someone come out in spring to fix it and replace the sod as well as fix the lawn".
