I had high hopes for this therapy business, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Initially, I was excited about starting my sessions, but what followed was extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times for an appointment, I never received a callback. I left messages and even sent emails, but there was no response.
