My wife had a 10k balance transfer from Citibank to my personal account that didn't go through to were it was intended. It went to an unknown Capitol One account. I bought a used car in January from a local dealer. The dealer closed shop a month or so after my purchase, car lot empty. With a couple of weeks left on my temporary car tag, car not yet registered and no permanent plate, I called Mr. Lawson with my concern. He asked for the VIN to obtain a title history. In between, I was able to talk to a car lot employee who said the dealer moved. With time growing short on the temporary, I have received a call from the title clerk of the company. My husband and I were blessed to have found Mr. Lawson. The gentleman was kind, patient and encouraging from the beginning. He ultimately did for us what we could not have done for ourselves. We truly appreciate his tenacity and his diligence to keep us informed during the process. In the end, he managed to recover all of the money that had been taken from us, while negotiating an agreement that would prevent it from happening in the future. Cannot recommend Mr. Lawson enough. Got my issue resolved very quickly. Truly has his client’s best interests at heart. If you’re having trouble with a creditor or bill collector, he will fight for your rights.
