My experience was one of being treated very good.Everyone was very helpful,thoughtful and showed compassion.They were there for me when I needed their support .I'm grateful for a team of caring and awesome staff.

Appalling - do NOT use them. The State & OAG directs survivors in my area to this organization re applying for the address confidentiality program. The statute is very clear: a survivor applying for this program does NOT need assistance from anyone or any entity to submit an application (i.e. the survivor can do the application themself). But this organization ignores the law (ironically!) and refuses to provide an application form (which they are legally obliged to do) and instead insists upon the survivor wasting their tim... read more
