Lawrie Park is a great example of what happens when an excellent site, thoughtful planning, and a quality‑focused builder come together.
Be careful when purchasing condo units! We were told the monthly condo fee and it fit within our budget. First payment came out 10$ higher because of a forgotten fee. Now it's up 26$ more and backdated monthly because of budget reviews with no prior notice or explanation. I've only had possession for 2.5 months... at this rate of increase I won't afford to live here long.
Cindy was great in sales, communication after move in goes down hill, might be the management team 🤷♂️
