I had an experience with this broker, I would say their service is not that great in that they would help you get on board only so they can get paid. However, their communication is not that great. My experience is whenever you called them they simply transfer you to voice mail that was answer days later. If you send email to the agent who would respond back two or three days later or no response at all until you call them again.
