Their website told me they could deliver for a certain date. That date arrives I get an automated message that I have to select a new date 4 days late or more. They dont allow me to cancel my order. I call the customer service number that was listed in the email, that number no longer works. Im prompted to use their new number which directs me to their online chat bot. Needed a last minute gift for a family that helped my college freshman at the last minute get to the airport. Placed an uber eats order to be picked up from here and it was due to be delivered at 1:15; shop cancelled the order at 12:35 and closed their shop. Poor customer service/planning on their part as they can alter their hours based on holiday rush. They didn’t, and left me with no options. Lawrenceburg Flower Shop made our centerpiece and bouquets for our small vow renewal last October, and my husband and I were so, so impressed with their work. We ordered a bridal bouquet and two bouquets for our daughters, plus the centerpiece, and everything was absolutely perfect! The colors were spot-on and the selection of flowers was so feminine and elegant. And it was all at an incredible price. They've securely our business for life. We couldn't be happier!
