I knew Jeneen would be an except APRN, I worked with her at the start of my nursing career when I was a CNA. Then she cared about her residents and coworkers so much when she started practicing as an APRN I was so happy to switch my primary care to her. She is through and listens to all my concerns and addressed all my questions. Her office staff is polite and helpful everytime I call and are able to get me in quickly. PA second guesses herself all the time. The MD never comes to the location. Staff isn’t educated at all either. Definitely recommend going someplace else.
Trying to switch PCP. Told them when I went in two weeks ago that I don't have a picture ID. Was told "no problem". Arrive for my appointment and was told it's required. How is it you can vote without one, but can't get medical attention? Pathetic.
I left a 5 star review 6 months ago. I have now included my most recent review & I wont be back. I will no longer be having my health needs addressed by your practice. The way in which I was spoken to this morning when I called to inquire about my blood test results was absolutely shocking - after months of feeling like crap and just wanting answers.
