PA second guesses herself all the time. The MD never comes to the location. Staff isn’t educated at all either. Definitely recommend going someplace else.
Trying to switch PCP. Told them when I went in two weeks ago that I don't have a picture ID. Was told "no problem". Arrive for my appointment and was told it's required. How is it you can vote without one, but can't get medical attention? Pathetic.
I left a 5 star review 6 months ago. I have now included my most recent review & I wont be back. I will no longer be having my health needs addressed by your practice. The way in which I was spoken to this morning when I called to inquire about my blood test results was absolutely shocking - after months of feeling like crap and just wanting answers. I had to establish care with a new PCP after my insurance dropped my prior doctor of 22 years. I have been extremely stressed with going to a new physician who would both understand my needs & hear me out in my goals. I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Jeneen, today for the first time & couldn't be any more pleased with the care she gave. She has a wonderful bedside manner, was very thorough, took time with me & was just a joy to meet. I'm so confident in her level of care already, after just one visit.
