Called back in October to schedule an appt for today at 2 pm. Verbally confirmed over the phone and took off work, just to call them at 1:30 today to let them know i would be a few minutes late and they told me my appointment was at 11. Never once did they try to call me and tell me it was a different time or that I was late. I highly doubt they can provide proper eye care if they cant even get their scheduling right.
