The staff was calm and friendly when I first came in and the doctor was rather gentle and understanding of my vision issues. I only say one thing is when I was trying to select some new glasses frames their was one little area I noticed had these cute ones and they didn't have a sign that said you couldn't select them so when picking a pair one of the staff members said in a slight firm tone that "They are not available it's only for Tenncare I told you this" and I apologize having not heard that part but I felt I was being ... read more
Everyone there is super helpful and super friendly. They also have a great selection of frames and contacts - I highly recommend!
This was my first visit. Dr. Fort was so friendly, welcoming and thorough. And his staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
