Dr. Yoo is a very kind and respectful doctor. His office and NW Medicine are awful when it comes to billing. They were extremely deceptive after my recent annual physical. Dr. Yoo had asked me standard questions regarding my prior conditions which I answered directly. At the end of my appointment I had simply asked for a general referral. He and his office then charged me as if it were an appointment and not my annual physical which is covered by my insurance.
