I purchased 30 brand new 20/40 janstell chassis from them summer of 2024, for over 75k total. Within first month the entire electrical and airlines were ripped. I contacted Parke at Lawrence to ask if this has happened to any other buyers he advised “no it appears your drivers snagged something on the road”. Ok cool then the same issue 4 times again between the 3 chassis. I contacted Parke again and he gave me janstell info directly well i contacted them and they said change the fittings (i had to pay).
