Pending Review Had our trailer serviced here for a bearing replacement. The gentleman who helped me load it onto our truck was helpful and professional. However, upon pickup, I noticed the bracket for the spare tire was tilted, stopping the platform from lowering—an issue that wasn't there when we dropped it off. Thankfully, the front desk lent me a tool so I could remove the tire and bracket to drop the trailer. I purchased 30 brand new 20/40 janstell chassis from them summer of 2024, for over 75k total. Within first month the entire electrical and airlines were ripped. I contacted Parke at Lawrence to ask if this has happened to any other buyers he advised “no it appears your drivers snagged something on the road”. Ok cool then the same issue 4 times again between the 3 chassis. I contacted Parke again and he gave me janstell info directly well i contacted them and they said change the fittings (i had to pay).
