This company is amazing! I was looking for a way to make my kiddos birthday during quarantine a fun day by having a car parade. The owner saw my post on fb, and offered to send out a truck- which my children loved!!! So friendly and thoughtful! Great service, my daughter s car broke down in Zeeland and needed to be brought to Hamilton for repairs. I was notified when they arrived at the vehicle and then notified a second time when the vehicle was delivered.
Excellent Customer Service! My teenage son locked himself out of his truck after work around 2 am on a cold night. He called me, asking if I could bring his spare key, but I was out of town, 3 hours away. We requested roadside assistance through our insurance company and the OTHER towing company that they sent our request to never responded nor did they answer their phone. On the 26th of January, I had to put a call in to my roadside assistance and Lawrence Towing responded. I wish I would have gotten the driver's name, but I didn't. Anyway, he arrived in a timely fashion, acted professionally and got my car where it needed to go. It was a pleasure working with Lawrence Towing despite the circumstances. If I ever need a tow again, I'll be giving them a call. Thanks guys!
Zack is the best. I was locked out my car in the snow and his service was very speedy and professional. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do I will definitely call Zack. My daughter and I thank you!
This place sucks along with their prices... 260$ to go from baker lofts to 26th and Lincoln ... I'll make sure most of Holland knows about this and I'll definitely be telling everyone how you guys tried to screw me over. I'd use Tim's Towing or west michigan.
