My appointment was for 8am - I arrived at 7:45 - I was called back at 7:55 and Kacy did preliminary work like weight, BP and meds verification - Kacy was very professional. Dr Cook arrived shortly after that and took care of the rest. I had labs done after that and was done by 8:25 am! Excellent service from reception to labs. I appreciate the attention to time as I work and this allowed me to be back in office by 9am.
Quick and efficient visit.
Dr. Cooks professionalism is top notch. He is an excellent communicator.
I find the person upfront unpleasant. Older lady wasn’t nice talking to us
