Been seeing him for a couple months now, during this time he's called and rescheduled 3 of my appointments because he was out of the office, last Wednesday I had a couple of test done, he was out of the office again Thursday and Friday so I couldn't get my results and today, Monday no one is answering the phones so I can get my test results. This is turning out to be an inconvenience.
Dr Cook has cancelled my appointment on multiple occasions and multiple times in a row

The nurse and the doctor could have been more friendly. They should make people feel a little more comfortable.
