Dr. Carter has been my primary doctor for the last several years. I've been a member of mdvip for 3 years. I relocated to NC and seen Dr.Carter for the customary meet and greet. The "interview" consisted mainly of him gloating about his accomplishments. He simply told me that since i'm an chronic pain patient, He suspects diversion. He said he would give it a some thought and let me know at the end of the week.
