Taylah was an absolute delight to work with when it came to resolving a warranty issue with our Lotus van. Great customer service skills, she kept us updated through the whole process.
Had my Essential Cruiser for a little over a year now. Love the van. As normal, have a few issues to be fixed under warranty. Lawrence RV have got the service and warranty area sorted. Been communicating with Shelley and found she is very professional and a good communicator. I get regular email updates and, if needed, Shelley will give a quick call for additional info. My van is being handled in a timely friendly manner, happy I bought my new van from Lawrence RV.
I had a window and stove element replaced as well as a leak repair done. Perfect workmanship and its rare these days i know but they even cleaned up after doing the job. Thoroughly recommend these guys for repairs and servicing. Give them a go. Well done guys.

Very happy with the current service despite some hiccups from the previous staff. For over a month, no one had responded to my numerous emails in regards to my warranty claim. However, I would particularly give full credit to Brandon of whom I had gotten in touch recently and he had conscientiously followed up on my claim and got it approved within a week. Good job Brandon and I really appreciate your hard work and efficiency. Keep up the good job mate🙂
