Recently had our caravan serviced here. Very pleased with customer service from Bri, Michael and the team
Very happy with the current service despite some hiccups from the previous staff. For over a month, no one had responded to my numerous emails in regards to my warranty claim. However, I would particularly give full credit to Brandon of whom I had gotten in touch recently and he had conscientiously followed up on my claim and got it approved within a week. Good job Brandon and I really appreciate your hard work and efficiency. Keep up the good job mate🙂
Just picked up our new lotus had a small issue and when I contacted service team they could not do enough firstly to fix the fault and secondly answer some of my niggling questions without any trouble at all. I know where I will be taking our van for its annual servicing. cheers.
