Lawrence Rv gave great service until we purchased our van but after that it was a disgrace. Would not recommend them and also be very careful purchasing their extra insurance. A BIG trap. you CAN NOT CANCEL it otherwise you lose your money.
Appalling customer service and no after care whatsoever. Once RV LAWRENCE HAS YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU. We took handover in May 2024. It is now Dec 2024 and we are still trying to get things fixed. They simply DO NOT CARE. There has been so many emails, phone calls and text messages. When looking for a new van, I wanted a reputable brand, that ticked all my boxes, at a good price with a service centre in Queensland. I decided on an Essential Caravan purchased from Lawrence RV. Salesperson was Issac, he showed us through the right caravan for our needs and organised a purchase price that I considered was a great deal. We signed up for an Essential Cruiser 20.6. While travelling had issue with van still under warranty and was advised to call these people, phoned Gold Coast office and enquired about a service and quote to repair water leak and the response was sorry , both locations booked 3 months in advance. I think essential caravans need to have more people on board especially when a caravan is supposedly under warranty!
