Thanks Dale and Taylar for all your help with some minor warranty work on our 18.8 C Class. We purchased it 3 years ago and still love it. After doing the lap for 1.5 years and the Gibb River road we have had no major issues that Dale couldn’t assist with. Thank you again Mandy & Gav
Where to begin, delays and hidden costs Then had to be returned to fix multiple faults Was supposed to be a week. 3 weeks later it was going to be delivered. Delivery will be tomorrow, we were told for about 3 weeks. Well it finally came today and the bloke had to cheek to tell us he was in a hurry. Awful customer service once they have your money, look elsewhere!!! Would not recommend and regret that we now have a 100k commitment to them
If you are looking for a new or used caravan and want decent service l, go and see Catherine and the troops at Bupengary. Nothing was a problem, traded in my old van, organised finance for the new one. They replaced some gear on the van past its used by date. Delivery was gob smacking, ive never seen a second hand van look so good. They polished it and gave it a good clean. I bomb barged them with questions and they were happy to answer them all. Thoroughly recommend, give them a go.
We're extremely dissatisfied with our recent purchase of a C-Class essentials caravan. The vehicle has multiple issues, and the customer service has been appalling. We feel misled and believe the caravan might be a second-hand model. We're looking to return it and get a new one. We're frustrated about wasting our money and expect a resolution that addresses our concerns. Totally scam
