Both Dr Rueff and Karen make me feel welcome and give me plenty of time to discuss issues. My medications are working well and his advice on lifestyle changes have been very effective
My wife and I were patients of Dr. Rueff when he was with St. Matthews Medical Associates and transferred over when he started he Personal Physician practice. This is how health care should be. We are never rushed, prompted for all regular check ups and well visits, and we can always talk to someone or get seen as things pop up. Karen is also wonderful and works with us to find solutions when things happen. Jamie does a great job keeping the office running. The whole team is like family to us.
I choose Dr. Rueff due to the reviews, he terminated contract. Failed to give me logical reason for doing such. I will make sure my next choice will listen to the patient and not disgruntled former doctors.
We have appreciated Dr Rueff's thorough exams and the time he takes to listen to our concerns. I especially find the exam results, connected to Boston Heart Diagnostics, enlightening. I have found this helpful in getting a better understanding of the various components of the lab tests. Dr. Rueff is proactive in helping patients better understand the impact of life choices and nutrition on our daily health. He is professional, has a friendly disposition and an understanding bedside manner.
