Our experience with Lawrance and Rand started off on a very disappointing note. One of their staff members, Mr. Graham, was extremely rude and dismissive. As tenants, we were made to feel like we didn’t matter, and it was clear he had no interest in helping us or addressing our concerns. Very positive experience with the agency. When we encountered an issue, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. Special thanks to Sarah M., who was incredibly helpful and handled everything with professionalism and care.
Very prompt responses to all issues we had as tenants. We rented for 2 years. They were very thorough and provided in depth inventory and check out documents to tenants which really helped with the move out procedure. Their service is easily taken for granted. I’ve since moved to another letting agent and the service is nowhere near as good as this one was
