Met with this doctor virtually and experienced him to be arrogant and unresponsive to my specific concerns. Very disappointed because I have had nothing, but excellent experiences with the staff in this practice.
My mother and I both were patients of Dr John. I found him to be patronizing and dismissive. He controlled the conversation so as not to have to field questions from me. He had this air of being a know-it-all and to therefore not question anything.
