Absolutely dropped the ball when I got wrecked into. I handled virtually all of the dealing with the other insurance company because of some software glitch according to Dowling. I’m sorry, I don’t have days to wait just for you guys to start doing what I’ve paid thousands of dollars a year for you to do. Absolutely terrible, go anywhere else. You will have a better experience. At least the lady on the phone was nice telling me they’re not gonna do their jobs.
