At one time! This was a wonderful place ''too live... Unfortunately! in the last 9 yr's "it's gone down hill! westgate management sold this property! And the new owner from C.A. on day one let go of our social worker and the cleaning woman! "Not too mention any decent maintenance workers" at least "20 "of them" have all quite do to being over worked & under paid! if being paid at all "The correct amount of the hours' they've worked'' And, yes the elevators decide when they are going to 'work & good luck' on a weekend getting... read more
