Called to make an appointment, extremely rude. Turned off completely and going elsewhere.
The only reason I go here is because Jennifer is so wonderful! My complaint? There's no reminders when you're due for your annual. The mailed card was perfect, but it's been discontinued. I just made an appointment (for 4 months away) and I'm already 2 months behind because I just randomly thought it had been about a year (it's been 14 months). I find it hard to believe MyChart doesn't have the ability to send reminders. Another possible option would be letting us make the appointment a year in advance. I can't remember what... read more

I have been coming here for years and now I will be looking elsewhere. I’m happy I found out now, before having a child (seeing everyone else’s reviews is eye opening). I called right when they opened on a Wednesday morning to get tested for a definite UTI. I went in a 9am, gave my sample and was told I was good to go.
