Been with practice for years. Lost my last two providers here due to retirement. Now can't get an appointment until December. It's May!
Love coming here and feel totally confident in these doctors. I drive over an hour just for these doctors after having a terrible experience with my first pregnancy at an OBGYN in Exton. Unfortunately I experienced an ectopic pregnancy but Dr. Martin was on top of everything to keep me safe. So very thankful for this practice and would highly recommend them. I don’t feel comfortable leaving a negative review… but I also don’t feel comfortable without sharing how poorly I was treated here. I’ll keep it short…. I’ve never been seen on time… or even within 10-15 minutes of my appointment. I’ve waited up to an hr. (Multiple times.) I found the few doctors I’ve seen dismissive & cold. I rarely ask questions because the appointments are always rushed, but when I do they’re immediately dismissed. Called to make an appointment, extremely rude. Turned off completely and going elsewhere.
The only reason I go here is because Jennifer is so wonderful! My complaint? There's no reminders when you're due for your annual. The mailed card was perfect, but it's been discontinued. I just made an appointment (for 4 months away) and I'm already 2 months behind because I just randomly thought it had been about a year (it's been 14 months). I find it hard to believe MyChart doesn't have the ability to send reminders. Another possible option would be letting us make the appointment a year in advance. I can't remember what... read more
