I’ve been going to the clinic for years and I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism that every person there displays. Dr Olavo always makes sure the patients are comfortable and understand their options and the hygienists are very skilled and also great. I moved somewhere far from the clinic during the pandemic but I keep going there for my dental needs.

I was charged over $50 for a 2-minute lesson on how to brush and floss my teeth, without being told it was a service or that there would be a charge. I only found out when I saw the bill. When I called to ask about it and mentioned I hadn’t agreed to the service, the receptionist just said, “and…?” and told me they wouldn’t refund me since the service was already done. I’m really disappointed that I was charged for something I didn’t consent to, and the way my concern was handled was unprofessional. Update: refund received
