Front desk is the worst. They don’t answer the phone in a timely manner and then mess up your appointment when they finally answer. When you’re there in person, they’re generally rude and unhelpful. The midwives and doctors are overall professional and nice- that part of the experience here is good. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I encountered a very rude and nasty staff member today when I called for assistance. Despite being a patient for over 22 years, I was informed that I need a referral and must re-register as a new patient. To make matters worse, I was told it would take 4 to 5 months to get an appointment. After two decades of loyalty, this is the service I receive.

Front desk receptionist is very rude! As a medical receptionist they need to do better with communication with their patients! They don’t answer phones and when they do they hang up on you. I see why there is so many negative reviews. I would no longer be scheduling an appointment to see a obgyn here. If the receptionist talk to you like your nothing I can’t imagine how the doctors would talk you! I wouldn’t even give this place a one star review.

Don't even bother calling... I reached out to make an appointment for a pap smear and general exam and was told I would be put on a waitlist. Three months have gone by and I have heard NOTHING. They simply have too many clients and, in light of that fact, it makes me skeptical of their ability to provide quality individualized care. I recommend taking your business to a local practice.

Capital Health OBGYN is the worst practice I have ever experienced. I recommend going to another office with less doctors. You never see the same doctor twice. Each doctor has a different way of practicing and if God forbid you have any sort of complication it will be completely overlooked. Capital Health completely dismissed my preeclampsia for over 8 weeks and almost killed me and my daughter. They still would not intervene until the MFM doctor during an ultrasound demanded I get admitted. They are too big and have too man... read more
