Trying to get information on the warranty they provided, if it was in house or what? Now that I believe they went under, my car is acting up.
This place is the worst place to get a car! I have had nothing but problems with my car and they don't fix anything right! They still owe me also!
I am very unhappy with this company. had it in for repair and they put a part on that wasn't the problem. He still made me pay for the part and labor.Told me it was not covered by warranty. I took it back, and, it took 2 weeks to get rear differential. I should have been refunded for the wrong diagnosis.
I purchase a truck from here in November of 2012. Within 2 months had to start replacing parts. Distributer cap, and rotor. Then heater core, then the problems with it being in a flood that I was unaware of, all tierods, ball joints in front end. All brakes and rotors were severely rusted and pitted. Front desk woman is a liar, will say anything to get your money. Very sleazy and terrible personal hygiene.
STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely the worst place to buy a vehicle....First was screwed over buying vehicle and then took it back to them for work to be done with my air conditioning system under the warranty that I was made to purchase (which just found out it illegal to do in PA), because no one else wanted to deal with the warranty company. A/c stopped working again so I took back to them twice...finally was told that the compressor they replaced initially was cracked....it would now cost me appr $600 because it was no longer under... read more
