Fantastic work
Louie and Sharna were excellent at keeping me informed during a lengthy repair on my Genesis. The end result was very pleasing.
Worse customer service ever,more than 5 attempts to get a quote sent after inspection still no quote. Very disappointed
Ignore the good reviews, read the truth - this body shop had my vehicle for 4 weeks and did nothing on it at all. I took it elsewhere as they had no customer service.
We recently had our BMW repaired at Lawrence MBW. From first instance the staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. They took care of all aspects, coordination of specialist mechanical repairs, dealing with insurance and providing progress updates. Importantly the repairs were A1, and the car was presented to us in an immaculate condition. Thank you to Luis and the team.
