Problem tenet with illegally built porch that runs water all day to lower to parks water pressure. and she blasts the same song literally all day long loud enough to vibrate trailers multiple lots down. Management does nothing. Police will do nothing. It triggers my PTSD and is driving me insane. The rent is too high to deal with this. Do something before the residents are forced to take matters into their own hands.
The lady in the front office is rude and should be fired she refused payment just so she could evict several tenant
Let me be clear that this one star is not for the community, because the community in this place is awesome. The one star is for the slumlord , who likes to call herself a landlord. A friend of mine lived in this place and her home was an absolute nightmare , not because of her , but because of the lack of caring at all about what the tenants live like. I have lived at Lawrence Mobile Home Park for a number of years, If I could give 100 stars I would, The owners are amazing and wonderful ladies, They truly care for their tenants and they take pride in their Mobile home Community, I love it here, It is quiet and the neighbors are awesome, The owners have brought in new beautiful mobile homes as well, They have done an amazing job and are continuing to do so. I feel safe here and I would not want to live anywhere else, They have amazing rental rates too. ... read more
