Update 06/04/2026 Crazy work from patient relations. Since they publicly suggested they made multiple attempts to follow up, I have updated this review with documentation, including the final voicemail I received from Patient Relations, and photos from my urgent care and ER visits. The call referenced in their response came from an unknown number and was filtered as spam. *******This review is for the urgent care and the patient “advocates” not any other office in the building or Tufts as a whole.****** I would not recommend coming here unless feel like warning a PA about a previous severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic, only to be told “it’ll be fine,” and then immediately having the exact reaction you said you’d have. Be aware that you will be billed at least *three* separate times for each urgent care visit: the provider fee, the hospital fee, and the facility fee, and they will each come from different sources, sometimes weeks later. Needless to say, nobody warns you about this at the visit itself. We got bills for $78, $75, and <$300 for one visit. AND they tell you to get pre-approval from your PCP because they're classified as a specialist somehow? We did that, but it's not clear it had any effect on the bill.
