Be aware that you will be billed at least *three* separate times for each urgent care visit: the provider fee, the hospital fee, and the facility fee, and they will each come from different sources, sometimes weeks later. Needless to say, nobody warns you about this at the visit itself. We got bills for $78, $75, and <$300 for one visit. AND they tell you to get pre-approval from your PCP because they're classified as a specialist somehow? We did that, but it's not clear it had any effect on the bill. Highly recommend - the staff were so kind and courteous, and I received the X-rays I needed within 30 mins of arriving! It’s best to reserve a time slot on their website. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The staff are all very nice. But Unless you want to pay extra charges along with your copay, I high suggest you avoid this place. I came here for a urgent care visit and was charged an emergency services visit. Online, at the entrance of the door, the receptionist, and the doctor all explained there is no ER here but I was somehow charged for an ER fee (??) I had to call my Tufts and my insurance MULTIPLE times and spent countless hours trying to get that remove. But there was another issue! On ... read more
