We live in a different state and much bigger town. We were visiting because my son goes to college here. I had to take my husband to the ER late on a Friday. We didn't have to wait long. The receptionist, RN, and Dr. Diamond were very kind. They were patient, listened, and helped my husband more than 2 trips to our urgent care at home. We really appreciate everything they did.

If I could give 0 stars I could. Longest wait with barely anyone there and most of the drs are very very rude. Took my 1 year old and we waited for 5 hours just for the dr to stand in the doorway for 2 seconds and say what it is (viral rash) without looking at her up close or checking anything else.

Not only did this emergency room have poor procedures for covid possible patients but they also feel like discussing medical information from the hallway in a way that anyone could hear them. I could even hear them talking about me from away from my room. If you dont want your rights violated then dont go here.
