Dr. John Wilson was absolutely unprofessional and very disrespectful during my experience at this hospital. Me and my family will never use this place again. I do not recommend at all! Please save the time and go to Jonesboro where you will receive the care you deserve.

Today I had a bad experience with the er doctor John E Wilson. I am putting it here to make sure it is heard how he intimidated me and my husband. And we were not the only ones getting poor care from this doctor in the er. This is not the first time this has happened and I figure it won't be the last. He is not someone who needs to be a doctor if he cant treat patients with respect when no one is around. And a doctor who shushs a patient isn't it. I was in this ER a few nights ago and I want to brag on Natalee. She is one of the RNs and did a great job. So kind, compassionate, great sense of humor and medical knowledge, made it easier for me to deal with being in the ER. She is excellent at her job. She made the experience having to be in the ER so much less stressful. This woman deserves an award! Go Natalee! 🎉
