Had a sick visit that I needed to reschedule hours prior to and was scolded and reprimanded by Doris, who threatened me “no call no show” and to dismiss me. Refused to give me an appointment for my annual physical that was already overdue, forcing me to wait until November?! No signs or paperwork of this policy, only after the fact! Disgustingly rude unprofessional and reckless. Wondering if Sam Peckham is worth staying?
Saw Dr Graves 40+ years until his Retirement. Now seeing Amy Weldon Beardslee. Excellent care and great personality. Very happy with my care
Incorrectly scheduled and performed son's 2 year checkup as an outpatient sick visit. Simple mixup, but refused to change billing after 2 months of phone calls explaining we did not consent to it.
Great place to be seen.
