Dr. Fallet goes above and beyond to meet my expectations. I came to his office original due to a broken ankle. This ankle has been difficult to heal and I’ve had many problems with it. Dr. Fallet and his team have been attentive to my concerns and have tried to come up with solutions to make my ankle good as new again. They all seem very knowledgeable and competent and someone I trust my care too. Dr does not care to treat patients in need. Nice staff but doctor would not listen to my concerns!
First off and most important, Carol at the front desk is the heart of this team. She visibly goes above and beyond for each patient, a hero for sure. Dr. Fallat is laid back and easy to talk to. He definitely eased my worries about surgery. This is a very busy office with a lot of moving parts. Some of the rooms are a bit small especially if you have to be in a wheelchair.
