My problem is not with Dr. Lewandowski himself, but with his staff. I don't like to walk in, go up to the reception window, and be ignored for a long time. Yes, maybe only a couple of minutes, but that seems like an eternity when you're expecting, as a minimum, to be given a friendly, or at least polite, greeting. Love how Dr. Lewandowski sits and talks to you. Most of my other doctors just look at a computer screen. His staff is so nice and remember my name every time (I only go in maybe 3-5 times a year)! If your looking for a PCP he's your man!!

Yes Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? Mostly yes Was this family doctor friendly? Yes

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Was this family doctor friendly? Not Really

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes
