The receptionist seems to have a problem connecting with people when they come up, but the doctors and nurses are great.
My visit with Dr. Lee was very good. Dr. Lee went over my lab results and discussed things that need improvement. Thank you to the whole staff for making my visit pleasurable.
I have used Dr Lee for over 30 years and can’t imagine changing. His staff is great also and very helpful. My frustration is having to go through the corporate service line or on line ap for appointments without having the option to speak with his office directly. I recently had a stroke and my option for an appointment was weeks out…not acceptable!!! The OM got me in the same day after going another route.. This process needs to change and put priority on the patient’s needs.
