Based on the reviews, not sure why I had such a bad experience. If I hadn't made a negative google review I do t think I ever would have received full payment from the sale of my house. I was offered 50% off future business or $100 because of the poor service. Not interested in future business. Never was sent the $100. I guess I'm not surprised.
