I was on time, with very little wait time. Dr. Northorn has been my Primary Care Physician for many years. He is always caring and professional. He explains and suggests my health care in a personable way. He keeps me up to date with my annual physicals, vaccinations, and health advisories.
I have been going to Dr. Northorn for years. He is a GREAT Dr., at a time when customer service is scarce, you hope you can get that extra attention from your Dr., recently, I was in a bind, I was sick & had a hard time getting out of work, he waited for me after hours, he actually OFFERED! I feel extremely safe & comfortable talking to him & the office staff is also always friendly & the wait is never long, I highly recommend the team here!
I have been using Dr. Northorn as my PCP for over two decades. Dr. Northorn provides consistent, spot-on diagnostics. He is always on target, even if you present with what would normally be a difficult condition. He is friendly, putting you at ease immediately. In the age of Covid, it is a pleasure to get treated by Dr Northorn, with immediate diagnosis. Two times over the last 8 months, I felt ill and he saw me right away. Gave me a Covid, Flu and a strep throat test. Relieving the anxiety of wondering what was wrong with me. He immediately gave me the medications and instructions needed to be on the path to recovery. Both my husband and I see Dr. Northon. He basically saves my husband's life by telling him he may have a blood clot. We are beyond grateful for the services we received from him. Highly recommend him.
I have been going to Dr. Northorn for years. Great person and Doctor. Listens to your issues does all necessary tests and gives you a simple easy to understand plan of treatment. Always takes the time necessary for a successful visit. Office staff are always nice and efficient.
dont waste ur time, u spend 2 hours waiting for him to see u for 30 secs and misdiagnose you. front desk sucks, he cant maintain an assistant.
Went for a physical. Meeting with doctor felt rushed. Before entering the room I heard him say to someone “hold on, let me meet with this patient real quick.” Doctor did not take any time to get to know me as a new patient. Was gone from the room in less than 5 minutes.
We have been patients of Dr. Northorn for over 15 years. He is a knowledgeable and caring Primary Care physician with a very good bedside manner. The office is run like a well oiled ma hine. Everyone is professional and courteous in his office. Appointments are easily made with little or no wait time. Blood tests are done in house including Covid 19 tests.
