My husband and I hired Mr. Garcia last year to gain full custody of my husbands son. Not only did Mr. Garcia get us full custody of my step-son, he got the all the arrears child support taken off of my husband and we are now owed child support by the biological mother. Mr. Garcia came into the courtroom and did not take no for an answer. We would hire him again if we needed him.
Horrible...do not higher this attorney. He will be a real go-getter when you first come in for your consultation but when coming to court he will come unprepared to your case and has an uncaring attitude!!!
