So I been coming to this office for like a year now to see Dr.Katz. He a great doctor but I wait an hour after coming in for my appt EVERY TIME. I just don’t get what the point of making an appt is. If I make it for 330 inside be seen by the Dr. at least by 345. I’m here right now and my appt was 315 and it’s joe 430. Meanwhile I only come here to drop a urine analysis and have to deal with this everytime. 5 stars for the Dr. but 0 stars for the office and their timing.
Very dissapointed of this office . My husband has his first visit scheduled today and after waiting for 15 min the front desk told us “something happened in the room and will be a 1 hour wait” . I asked for another doctor or nurse practitioner and they said no, only solution is to reschedule, after driving over 30 min and getting out from work early. Very bad first experience in this office.
I just left the office after waiting forty five minutes for my first appointment. I would have been happy to wait longer had I not been obviously cut in line by friends of Dr. Katz who were both rushed back. Being informed there are 4 patients ahead of you, including two who checked in 30 minutes after you with appointments they reported as being 15 minutes after your’s, is beyond ridiculous. No decent doctor would behave like this.
Went there to get forms done very thorough.
