I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I missed an appointment, which I genuinely forgot about. I understand that clinics may charge a no-show fee. However, I had not been to this clinic in over six months, and the staff confirmed that this policy was introduced in January 2026. The staff (Tanya, Karen), Doctors (like Dr Verma), and pharmacist (Mina) are nice, accommodating, and professional. Would recommend!

I’ve been here couple of times. The front desk lady named Tanya is very unfriendly. It’s very uncomfortable to walk up to the room having to deal with such attitude. Rest of the staff seems fine to me except for her. I also don’t understand the point of booking an appointment if I still have to wait 20-30mins after the scheduled time. Hope they can improve it!

Where can you find a pharmacy, family doctors and a walk-in clinic in one place! Yes, a place like this does exist, Lawrence Heights Chemist - Compounding Pharmacy. My wife and I have been with them from almost the very first day when they opened their doors to our community. I reassured myself as I stood there in awe of the great customer service that I was experiencing with smiles. Very courteous and welcoming as soon as you walk in, and they make you feel comfortable.
