Over a dozen years of being his patient he misdiagnosed me to the point I developed end stage congestive heart failure as confirmed by numerous cardiologists at Mt.Sinai Hospital.I was very fortunate to have had top notch cardiologists which led to me receiving a heart transplant.Dr. Hecker did me an irrevocable disservice.He should not be practicing medicine.

DO NOT GO. Dr. Hecker remains very confused about my conditions and my treatments. Other Northwell Doctors have contradicted his records. Since he has my records, only he can corred the records. It essential that my conditions be recorded properly so other doctors can understand them.
Dr Hecker has been my doctor for 9 years. I find him very thorough and responsive to my needs and concerns. I trust his judgement.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lawrence Hecker for 15 + years and he is truly the best. He is my primary doctor and he is extremely meticulous about my health. He is detail oriented and in situations where I had health challenges, Dr. Hecker alway wanted to find the root cause and cure. He manages my healthcare will all of my Doctors (gyn, endo, etc) and looks as my health in its entirety rather than tunneled or singularly. I trust Dr. Hecker 100% and with my health and life. He’s the best!
Dr. Hecker spent time with me to go over my test results and when I had need for more information he called me back himself. He is a terrific doctor in all ways as far as I am concerned
