I just recently bought a new house and my AC unit needed to be replaced, so I called Lawrenc Heating and Cooling for a quote and Erika answered the phone and was very clear and concise about everything. The customer service and the quality of their work is phenomenal! I highly recommend!
SLOPPY/uNFINISHED WORK- We called them because we had an issue with our furnace The guy they sent us came in did his “diagnosis” “fixed it” had us pay and left. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night so we were left with NO heat. Called them first thing this morning asking for the owner to come out because not only did the furnace go out he left the bad part sitting in our furnace. These guys did a great job! They worked around a tight schedule, the installers kept a clean workspace, and Andrew was very fair and communicated well. I would definitely recommend them!
