Thoughtful Professional Informative
Whilst the facilities and staff are ok the fact that they let anyone park in the disabled parking spots is a real disappointment. The law governing disabled spots is very clear. It you are entitled you MUST display a valid disability parking permit. The “excuse” that maybe they forgot to display it is UNNACCEPTABLE!! People that need those spots should not be forced to walk up the hill because Lawrence Hargrave Hospital will not look after their clients and visitors by policing these spots!
