Always a pleasure to do business here
So I just called about scheduling to have an oil change done on my corvette. I usually get in easily on Saturday mornings first thing and it takes about an hour so I wait. They told me this morning that I could bring it by in the morning but it would take 3 hours??? After I spoke to a lady there she transfered me to one of the other people there and it went straight to voicemail. I was texted a link and told to click on it when I arrived for my appointment. After about 10 minutes a man asked if I had been helped. I said know and he said I should have come inside. I explained that I was following instructions. He said, well, that advisor isnt even in today so no one got it. Then i was directed to a small waiting area with 5 chairs and no restrooms.
