Always a pleasure to do business here
So I just called about scheduling to have an oil change done on my corvette. I usually get in easily on Saturday mornings first thing and it takes about an hour so I wait. They told me this morning that I could bring it by in the morning but it would take 3 hours??? After I spoke to a lady there she transfered me to one of the other people there and it went straight to voicemail. I was texted a link and told to click on it when I arrived for my appointment. After about 10 minutes a man asked if I had been helped. I said know and he said I should have come inside. I explained that I was following instructions. He said, well, that advisor isnt even in today so no one got it. Then i was directed to a small waiting area with 5 chairs and no restrooms.
Wendy and team were excellent. Even though it was busy they made sure I was seen and that my car was checked in for the service. I had to come back the next day to have my windshield wipers installed and they called to let me know when they came in. Always love having my service done here!
