I had a sliding glass door in my home break after my dog decided to go kamikaze on it and I called lawrence glass since they were the closest repair shop to me. I was greeted by a friendly voice and we got an appointment scheduled faster than I could imagine. Jeff is a rockstar and he's very friendly over the phone and in person. I had an excellent experience with Lawrence Glass. I wanted to support a local business and was left very satisfied, Jeff is a great guy who is fair and worked with me to fit my needs. The service guys were very polite and seemed like they genuinely cared about the work they were doing. Their business has been around for a long time so they are doing something right!
I contacted four glass companies to get quotes on the same day. When I was comparing quotes to make a decision from three companies, Lawrence Glass had given me spotty responses and had not yet scheduled a time to come out while the other three companies had gotten back to me, scheduled a time to come out, came out and got measurements, and then sent me the quote. Carolyn was very unhelpful.
