Not customer focused. Slow. The one person taking samples was too busy talking to others and helping others.
Lab in Glfhc is awful! Unfriendly help actually rude. So far waited 30 min with only one other person here.
Fast, friendly service here every time 2-3 times a year. needles aren’t my thing but honest felt nothing tge past 4 years coming here.
