Young girl at front desk extremely rude. Mocked me under her breath. Not helpful to older customers which was a majority of the people who came in.
Not customer focused. Slow. The one person taking samples was too busy talking to others and helping others.
Lab in Glfhc is awful! Unfriendly help actually rude. So far waited 30 min with only one other person here.
Fast, friendly service here every time 2-3 times a year. needles aren’t my thing but honest felt nothing tge past 4 years coming here.
