RecommendedFriendly staff. Great selection. Convenient location.
Rude. Drove an hour to pick up a reserved trailer. We called to let them know we were on the way. We were exactly 1 minute late & they had locked the door & were standing in the back looking at us & ignoring us. Not the first time they have been rude. Customer service is definitely NOT their priority. Went down the road to Cotter Rentals & got a nicer trailer, better rate & excellent customer service.
