My husband and I wanted to move from West Virginia to Colorado and obviously that isn’t easy. Will was phenomenal in helping us do that. He was very responsive via email, text and phone. He accommodated us at every turn, working around my husbands work schedule and scheduling viewings on the weekend because that was the only time he could get out there. He even helped us schedule a painter and helped us with a sewer issue at the new house (came up on inspection, even the seller didn’t know about it). Will went above and beyo... read more

Will is incredible! I moved to CO from out of state, and Will went above and beyond visiting properties for me, sending videos, being unflaggingly honest and supportive, and communicating clearly and consistently. He was always there to answer my questions and bounce ideas off of. He totally understood what I wanted and needed in a new home. I absolutely love my new apartment, and I would not be here if it weren't for Will's professional expertise, patience, and care. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
