Very friendly staff that I interacted with. Got my case skid steer in the next day and developed a plan and left me with the impression it was a simple quick fix. One broken part they did not fix and gave multiple reason why, one was confidence in there workman ship so i would not want them attempting in that case. Then came radio silence. Although i was in no hurry with it being a "Simple fix" and the fact they already had it in the shop I thought i would get a call within a few days with update and maybe even it was ready.... read more
This place is a joke i bought a skidsteer off them a year ago and they have had it for the last 9 months working on it they say but i don't recommend buying case equipment all the newer stuff is junk its not just case anymore its new holland and new holland has always been junk.
The gentleman was helpful, knowledgeable and polite
Excellent customer service, parts came in when expected.
